Delta 8 THC is a cannabinoid extracted or distilled from hemp. It is similar to Delta 9 THC, the most known and illegal cannabinoid, but half as potent or psychoactive. Delta 8 THC is not CBD. It is molecularly different, much stronger in its effects, and will cause a mild experience.

The 2018 Farm Bill specifically made all derivatives, isomers and cannabinoids in hemp legal, provided the final product contains less the 0.3% Delta-9-THC.  All of Remedy Delta 8 products contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC and are lab tested to be at least  93% pure Delta 8.
